What is the PBPlastics.com return policy?
PBPlastics.com will accept returns on MACHINES ONLY for up to 21
days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in it's
original package. There will be a 20% restocking fee charge and
the customer will be responsible for the returned freight charge.
If the wrong merchandise was ordered and is unopened we will gladly
exchange that merchandise for the correct product. The buyer is
responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred. If you
